1、 X射线拍摄：分别于手术后第1、第2、第3、第4、第5周，麻醉后拍摄右下肢X线片。
2、标本X射线和micro-CT检查：解剖取骨折处局部骨痂组织，肉眼观察骨折愈合情况。去除肌肉等软组织，股骨标本拔除克氏针，使用X线机拍摄正位和侧位片。
3、进行micro-CT扫描，将标本放置于样本固定器内，加入40％乙醇溶液作为扫描介质，然后将样本固定器放置在70KPa真空箱内20分钟，确保样本内外无气泡干扰。选择扫描参数，进行标本扫描。
