1. 大体观察肌腱粘连程度和范围
肉眼观察：大体标本的肌腱粘连程度和范围及愈合情况。并对粘连评分标准如下：
0级：手术部位无粘连；
1级：少量膜样、束带状粘连，局限于缝合处，肌腱滑动略受限；2级：小块状或宽带状粘连，局限于缝合处，肌腱滑动部分受限；3级：较大面积粘连，向缝合点两端蔓延，肌腱滑动受限或几乎不能滑动；
4级：肌腱与鞘管壁、皮下形成紧密相连，范围广，肌腱无任何滑动。
