1.平板评分:
所有动物在建模前进行平板训练：在离地1m高的两平台之间架一窄平板，长120cm、宽7cm。所有大鼠每天训练3次，持续7天，确保每只大鼠均能顺利通过平板，中间无停留。记录每只大鼠通过平板的时间和步数，用以计算步幅。
术后5天，将各组动物进行平板实验，记录每只大鼠通过平板的时间和步数，用以计算步幅。
2.运动协调能力检查：
采用转棒实验的方法对大鼠运动协调能力进行量化测试。分别测试大鼠在转动的转棒上，9r/min和18r/min时，动物在棒上的停留时间，每只动物在每个转速下测量3次，取平均值。
3. 取材及检测:
术后7天杀鼠取样，取脑组织及血清样本。
