细菌学检查：
吸取无菌尿液 20μl 涂布平板培养，24h 后刮取平板 1/4 菌落溶于25ml 生理盐水中，检测 600nm 吸光度，以生理盐水作为空白对照；
切取一侧肾组织200mg，加入10ml无菌水匀浆，吸取匀浆液100 μl置于培养皿中，培养基121℃高压蒸汽灭菌后冷却至50~60℃后倒入培养皿轻轻摇匀，于 37℃生化培养箱中培养24h，结果采用半定量方法进行评分，细菌计数＞10000记为阳性，细菌计数＜500记为阴性。
