行为学检测：
所有组别，于给药后21d，进行Morris水迷宫试验，试验分为定位航行实验和空间探索实验。
1. 定位航行实验：大鼠连续接受5天的训练，每天4次，每次时间间隔30min，记录下大鼠从4个入水点和入水并找到平台所需要的时间，即逃避潜伏期。4次潜伏期的平均成绩作为当日的最终结果进入到最后统计。
2. 空间探索实验：实验的第6天，撤去平台，从距离平台的最远端入水后，将大鼠放入水中，记录下30s内大鼠的游泳轨迹，并观察分析大鼠在目标象限的停留时间，以及它的穿越平台的次数。
行为学结束后，将各组大鼠摘取全脑，冰上剥去小脑，将剩余部分左右对切，一半放入4%多聚甲醛中固定，用于病理学检测。另一半取海马用于PCR和蛋白检测。
