样本获取和胎鼠存活统计：
于妊娠第20.5天取母血，提取血清，并处死母鼠，取羊水、胎盘以及胎鼠，胎鼠观察存活情况并进行称重，统计分析。同时胎鼠取肝脏、心脏、肺、脑组织。
ICP模型中胎鼠存活率以及体重指数较低；
ICP模型中母鼠血清中总胆红素（TBiL）、总胆固醇（TCH）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、总胆汁酸（TBA）水平较高；
ICP模型羊水中TBA水平显著升高；
